Can I reduce body fat and build muscles at the same time?
While it is sometimes possible, in specific sets of circumstances, it is generally not recommended. Cutting down and bulking up are two opposite processes, and trying to achieve both at once will often result in these two canceling each other, leading to very little progress.

The most effective approach to building muscles and reducing body fat is to commit 100% to one direction at a time. For some people, it is better to start with a bulk and end with a cut, while the other way around is preferable for other people.

If you are unsure about bulking or cutting first; don’t worry. I will be able to make recommendations or even choose for you, once I’ve reviewed your fitness assessment.

I have purchased my membership, when will I get my plan?

Congrats on signing up! Please check your emails for a link to download my coaching app. Once installation is completed and you’ve set up your app profile, I will send you a direct message with instructions on what to do next.

Your plan will usually be ready within 24 hours after you’ve completed your app setup. Keep in mind that your plan is custom-made, so it is possible to encounter slight delays if some information you provided is missing or needs to be clarified.

The coaching service is limited to 30 members to preserve quality and the highest standards of coaching.

How long can I use the app for after I've signed up?

Your membership is on month-to-month basis, with no long term obligation. This means that you will have full access to the app for one month every time your membership renews.

Can we change the plan once I've started?

Yes, absolutely! Your plan is updated every month to ensure that your reach your goals, and it can also be modified at your discretion in order to adapt to your schedule, preferences or objectives.

What is the price of a membership?

Gaining access the The Razor costs $350 per month.

How can I pay for my membership?

All major banks and credit cards are accepted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply use the app direct messaging feature to let us know that you’d like to cancel. Your membership will automatically cancel at the end of the billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can ask for a cancellation and refund at any time during your first month of coaching, without having to provide a reason. Your membership fees will be returned to the bank card that was used to pay at sign up. Refunds can only be issued for the first month of coaching. All following months of membership are not refundable.

Is The Razor for anyone?

Yes, you are welcome to sign up and try the coaching service, as long as you have a mobile device with an internet connection and access to a weight lifting facility.

Before signing up, ask yourself if you are ready to train hard, follow a nutrition plan and commit to both of these for at least a couple months.

Are the meal plans personalized for my food preferences?

Yes they are! My team and I will work with you to create a meal plan that you enjoy and can stick to, while delivering the weight loss or muscle building results that you desire.

Please keep in mind that while we’re doing our best to make your plan as pleasant as possible, certain nutritional conditions have to be met to reach your monthly goals.

Do you provide supplements with my program?

Supplements stacks are offered with your plan. You can purchase your recommended stack, at very competitive pricing, directly from The Razor’s online shop.

When is a good time to get started?

I recommend that you sign up when you have some stability in your life, and not expecting any major lifestyle changes in the short to medium term. How busy members at The Razor are doesn’t affect their performance and results, but inconsistency in your routine can will make your journey more challenging.

There is never a perfect time to get started on a life changing journey like this one, but some times are better than others. Take a minute to look at your current lifestyle and ask yourself this question: “Will I be able to stick to routine for the next three months, without running into major road blocks?” If your answer is yes, go for it!

How often is my program updated?

Your customized program is updated every month in order to maintain a steady progress towards the achievement of your next objective. Every time your membership renews, my team and I will review your progress, adjust your goals and make the necessary program updates.

Every time your program is updated, you will have the opportunity to hop in a live video coaching call with me. This will give us the opportunity discuss the program update and answer any question you might have.
